History
Ethos Consulting Group LLC opened its doors in 2003. While employed with a major organization at a senior leadership level, Principal Consultant, Scott Ptak, was being asked on an ever more frequent basis to assist outside organizations with significant management challenges. Over the years that transformed from informal management consulting to a business where passion, industry knowledge, wisdom, and sound intellect are brought to the table with each client. Since then, they've facilitated the success of established companies, start-ups and executives. In addition to its significant in-house expertise, Ethos Consulting Group LLC has established working relationships with some of the best technical experts in the country in a few key speciaity areas to assist in supplementing their team. Ethos Consulting Group LLC brings an exceptional level of enthusiasm, dedication, and nuanced perspective that makes their firm the holistic solution for their clients.
They believe that what creates meaningful change and what makes a business thrive is the passion that drives it. Ethos Consulting Group is not a general management consulting practitioner or a "jack of all trades". Rather, they have chosen to specialize in a small number of areas where they have great passion, practical "hands-on" expertise, and knowledge. Choosing to specialize in a field means that you are completely devoted to it; that you will protect it as if it were your own. That is the energy that sets Ethos Consulting Group LLC apart.
